The Gifts of Covid-19—the Map of Change

Dearest Beloved One,

We are all familiar with the saying, “The only constant in life is change,” and we are definitely now in a time of deep evolutionary change.

The Covid-19 pandemic has rocked our entire world, the only world we’ve known up until now.

Unity Principle #1 states that “God/The Divine/Spirit is All there is.” Does this mean that the pandemic we’re experiencing now is also God/The Divine in expression? If we believe the Five Principles are true, then the answer is absolutely, yes. Covid-19 is an expression of the Divine.

You may be struggling to see how Covid-19 could be an expression of God, of Goodness, with folks having the virus, deaths occurring, folks facing financial hardships, loss of jobs, income, livelihood, and more.

This is what we’ll begin to explore this Sunday in our next series of talks that will address change and what we are here to gain through the Covid-19 experience. The book I’ve chosen as a backdrop for our talks in May is one of my favorites, “Guidance from the Darkness – The Transforming Power of the Divine Feminine in Difficult Times” by Rev. Mary Murray Shelton.

Join us this Sunday as we begin our journey together exploring “Change, Divine Guidance, and Qualities of Being,” knowing together  we are opening to greater gifts of and as the Divine that lives within, through, and as everyone of us now and in all the days to come.

I look forward to seeing you on Sunday!! Have a blessed, safe, and peace-filled week, dear friend.

With great love and gratitude always,
Liz

The Garden—Cultivating Nourishing Relationships.

This Sunday we complete our talk series from “Happy for No Reason – 7 Steps to Being Happy from the Inside Out” by Marci Shimoff as we move into the garden of our relationships.

Marci writes, “The people in your life are the garden surrounding your Home for Happiness. When you look around your garden, do you see beautiful roses and dahlias, or a neglected patch of weeds? Our relationships affect us in a similar way – either uplifting us, or dragging us down. Happy people cultivate relationships in their lives that nourish and support their happiness.”

How are the current relationships in your life today and how could you create a garden of flourishing relationships that are uplifting, joyful and fulfilling?

Come join us at our 10 am Facebook Sunday service as we learn about the three powerful Happiness Habits you can begin using today in creating nourishing, supportive, and more unified relationships in your life. Turn your garden of relationships into the most beautiful, enjoyable expression of happiness possible now!! See you Sunday!

Until then, be safe, be well, and know You are Loved!!

With great gratitude and love always,

Liz

The Roof—Living a Life Inspired by Purpose.

Dear Beloved Unity Family,

We’re returning this week to our talk series, “Happy for No Reason – 7 Steps to Being Happy for the Inside Out” by Marci Shimoff.
This week we engage in putting the roof on our “Happiness Home” by exploring what our purpose in life is at this time in our lives.

You may think it’s strange or “interesting” to be looking for our purpose in life when we are in the midst of uncertainty because of this pandemic experience; however, I believe this is actually the perfect time to deepen our understanding of what our life purpose is and how we can live our lives from our deeper purpose today and into the future.

We always have the choice to either contract or to expand in our beingness in every area of our lives, including our life purpose.

This Sunday we’ll explore what “purpose” actually means, plus how to find your passion and purpose; how to engage in taking inspired actions every day, and a way you can discover what your calling is in contributing to something even greater than yourself.

Again, this is the perfect time for us to raise the roof of our consciousness—to discover what Greatness living within, through, and as, you and me is now ready to be revealed and lived full-on—today and in all the days and years to come.

And so it Is!!

See you Sunday, beloved One!!

With great gratitude and love always,
Liz

The Tunnel of Transformation—Free at Last.

During this time of Easter we have the opportunity to have a living experience of resurrection when we look to Jesus not as a savior, but as a Master Teacher and Great Way-shower. He showed us a way, not the only way, but one that, if followed, can create true freedom from all discord, fear, lack and limitation, and even death itself.

It’s recorded in the Bible that while “dying” on the cross, Jesus said “seven last words/statements.” The crucifixion story and these seven last words, metaphysically interpreted and made relevant for us today, offer a brilliant blueprint for transformation – for letting go of any ideas of separation, fear, doubt, untruths and transcending or resurrecting into our next level of expansion and consciousness.

No greater message could we have for ourselves and our world today as we move through this time of cocooning and break through the barriers of the limited sense of self to the true liberated expression of the Christ Consciousness now ready to be revealed as each and everyone of us!

No matter where we are in the journey of our own Self-Becoming, the seven last words of Jesus on the cross gives us all clear guidance on the path of our Self-Realization as God-Beings in human expression.

Come join our music director, Franklin Taggart, along with special guest singers, and myself this Easter Sunday as we rise up together as the brilliant radiant beams of Divine Love and Light that we truly are.

Until then, be safe, wash your hands, and Know that You Are Loved!!

See you Sunday!

With great love and gratitude always,
Liz

Transformation—The Beginning.

This Sunday, April 5th, Psalm Sunday, begins what is traditionally known in the Christian religion, as the Holy Week…the week leading up to Easter.

Metaphysically, Psalm Sunday is the beginning of the greatest transformation known to mankind – the dying of false beliefs, ego mind, lack, limitation – and the Awakening to the Absolute Truth of Who We Truly Are – as God-Beings in human form.

We are presently at this time in history, experiencing mega-transformation on all levels of being. For us, this is the time when we collectively dive into the teachings and lessons of the transformation that is being called forth in our own personal lives and the world. Come join me as we travel down the roadway in consciousness into the city of Peace (metaphysically known as Jerusalem).

Let us all affirm and know together:

There is within each one of us a Power, a Presence and a Love so Immense and it Is here right now! Let us release right here and now any and all fears, doubts, worries, thoughts of lack and limitation. And let us walk boldly and triumphantly into the City of Divine Truth, Peace, and Love that heals all sense of separation and reveals the Oneness, the Unity, the Love, Peace, Wholeness, Abundance, and Joy that is our natural birthright now being Fully experienced and expressed by All beings everywhere!! I take a deep breath and I release this Word of Truth into the Divine action of the Law and Love that God is. I let it go. I let it be. And so It Is.

I look forward to being with you this Sunday at 10:00 am on our Unity of Fort Collins Facebook page.

Then please join us for fellowship and connection at 11:00, by clicking on the Zoom Link on our Unity of Fort Collins website (and below).

Until then, let us know together that:

The Light of God surrounds you. You are That Light. (I Am, We are…)
The Love of God enfolds you, You are That Love.  (I Am, We are…)
The Power of God protects you. You are That Power.  (I Am, We are…)
The Presence of God watches over you. You are That Presence.  (I Am, We are…)

With great love, gratitude and joyful blessings always,

Liz
