The ABC’s of Spiritual Practice and Anger as a Friend.

Dear Beloved One,

I hope and trust you are doing well these days. Know that we are all missing you and that Davine and I continue to hold you and our world in our hearts and in our prayers every day.

This Sunday we will dive deeply into the exploration of Spiritual Practice and how Anger can be our Friend. Together we’ll look at what Spiritual Practice is, what it means, what it’s designed to do, and how our use of these Practices can assist and support us in the journey of our daily lives.

We’ll also take a deeper look at what the purpose of Anger is and learn how anger is actually a great gift of love. Seeing anger as a friend, we open to the gifts it offers us in creating lives that are truly joyful and fulfilling. Come learn which spiritual practices that you can use with anger’s invitation for transformation in your life today and every day.

I look forward to seeing you this Sunday. Remember that following the service on our Facebook page, you can join us at 11:00 for our Zoom Community Connection meeting. We’d also Love to have you join us at noon this Sunday for our regular monthly council meeting (on Zoom also) as we discuss a variety of topics for our Unity community.
