Our one service at 10 a.m. this Sunday is going to be rich and wonderful, because council members are going to share brief stories about how Unity has impacted their lives.
Eric Butterworth was one of the most well-known ministers and teachers in the Unity movement. In his book, Unity: A Quest for Truth, he said, “Unity is not a church in the usual sense … Unity students are a strange and wonderful fellowship of people of all religious affiliations, of all races, of all levels of the social structure, meeting on the level of their spiritual unity with each other in the common quest for spiritual unity with God.”
I hope you will join us for our gathering of strange and wonderful people!
And please plan to stay afterwards for our Unity Orientation, that includes snacks, to learn more about how Unity of Fort Collins works. The staff and one council member will be posted all around the building for your educational purposes.
They will talk about what they do, how Unity operates, and there will be a snack station too where JoEllen will provide a snack and tell you about Unity’s Hospitality Team – all while you get to tour and see our beautiful Unity building.
See you there!
