About the event
Yogananda started a tradition many years ago to spiritualize the holiday season by setting aside one full day for meditation and prayer. Dive deep into the blessings of the holy season and invite the 'Christ Consciousness' to be born in your heart. This day of sacred silence, deep connection & inwardness will include regular chanting / stretching breaks and inspirational musical selections.
