From Unity Worldwide Headquarters, a Meditation about Divine Intelligence
I listened to a “Divine Intelligence Meditation”, on Youtube. It’s creative origin, Unity Worldwide Ministries. This meditation serves as a reminder to our whole being, that Divine Mind lives within us, in each and every cell, and that this intelligent force creates wholeness, health, abundance and prosperity.
The male voice of the meditation guide says, “Abundance is the nature of God and the principal of abundance expresses prosperity in our life.” He affirms, “Peace is our innate nature. We welcome it as we manifest it.” The voice of the meditation guide gives the listener affirmations to say out loud, “I am Peace” “I am health”, “I am intelligence.”
This meditation reminded me that the Divine Mind is within every particle of my being, and with this force for peace, for intelligence, and for prosperity, all is possible.
Though the message is empowering and I appreciated the reminders, I didn't feel guided into the meditative state (alpha). The voice was not especially mesmerizing, nor the music. Great contents, but I think finding a soothing voice and music would help listeners take the message in more deeply.
Anisha, I as well-found content of these meditations empowering. But I was distracted by the production, computer generated voices and canned music. I had to work very hard to get into the meditative state. I listened to it many times to get the affirmations and eventually I did get into meditative state.
