  • We provide a safe space to share, learn, have fun and make new friends

  • We explore spiritual principles and different ways of connecting with Spirit, God, or the Universe

  • We learn the importance of expressing and internalizing gratitude

  • We learn life skills for responding to adversity

  • We learn compassion for others and ourselves

  • We learn how to honor ourselves and that we are innately good
