Group meditation, guided energy-movement exercises, New Years' fire ceremony, journaling, spiritual discourse/group sharing. We will also commemorate Yogananda's birthday.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and anything you may need for comfort (meditation cushion, blanket, etc.)
* $10 suggested donation. A portion will go to Unity of Fort Collins for generously providing this beautiful space. *
