Essential Spirituality Class

Rev. Jim is facilitating this class on Thursday nights at 6:30pm via Zoom.  A new subject is starting on July 18th. The book 'Essential Spirituality' by Roger Walsh is based on over 20 years of research and spiritual practice. The author is a spiritual practitioner and a scientist. The material shows how you can apply seven practices central to all the world's major religions in your daily life. These seven practices, according to Dr. Walsh, can help you recognize the sacred and divine that exist both within and around us. You can join the discussion by going to Zoom and entering session 6239746443 with the same number as a password. The sessions last about one hour.
