Unmasking the Illusion; Our Journey to Authenticity

Here is their story: "We will share their journey out of the illusion of organized religion, which brought about the realization that we had no self identity. We both put the masks on and became people others taught us to be, to be accepted and loved. We were not taught about self love, and neither one of us knew what unconditional love meant. We were taught to look for love outside ourselves. We will share how that affected our marriage, and how we came to the awareness of the importance of finding out who we both truly are, and finding the path that was going to bring forth our authentic selves. We both agreed that it was for our highest good to find out who we were created to be, and then trust Spirit to guide our paths, even if it meant that we were not meant to stay together."
